消减隔音棉有害气体(VOC)含量的初步研究

摘要 描述了当前我国车内VOC含量的现状。经调查研究发现有害气体中超标最为严重的是甲醛含量,而其来源主要是汽车内饰用的隔音棉。文章从分析改进制造隔音棉的原材料着手,对减少隔音棉有害气体(VOC)含量的方法进行了相关的研究,通过采用适当含量的化纤代替酚醛树脂,从而有效降低隔音棉的甲醛挥发量,同时满足其使用性能,取得比较好的效果。 This paper describs present condition of volatile organic compounds(VOC) in automobile carriage in China. Through investigation, found that the most serious problem is formaldehyde's content which mainly relatilize from acoustic insulation material. In this paper, methods how to decrease formaldehyde's content volatilizing from acoustic insulation material are studied. Through replace bakelite by chemical fibre, formaldehyde's content is decreased obviously and the outcome is excellent.
