摘要
在形象学检查的选择中,根据患者的具体情况及X线诊断、超声成象、X线电子计算机体层成象及磁共振成象等形象学诊断手段的特点,运用系统思维的方法,贯彻整体性原则、最优化原则、模型化原则及动态性原则,从而达到选择的合理性及有效性,显示出系统思维方法对医学科学及临床应用的重大意义。
AbstractIn the selection of image diagnosis,we should makeuse of systematic thought on the basis of patients′con-dition,the speciality of X-ray diagnosis,ultrasonic to-mography(USG),computerized tomography(CT)andmagnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Using the principleof integration,the principle of optimum,the principle ofmodel and the principle of development may contributeto rational and effective selection. This article demon-strates the important role of Systematic thought in medi-cal science and clinical practice.
