摘要
本文研究菌草灵芝孢子粉对小鼠化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用。用50只SPF级昆明种雌性小鼠平均分成3组,其中菌草灵芝孢子粉分0.075g/kg·bw、0.150g/kg·bw、0.450g/kg·bw三个剂量组给小鼠灌胃,对照组给等体积的蒸馏水,共30d。然后分别以50%乙醇(12mL/kg·bw),造成急性肝损伤,观察小鼠的体重、血清肝组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量。结果表明在50%乙醇肝损伤模型中,菌草灵芝孢子粉可以非常显著地抑制肝损伤小鼠的血清MDA值的升高,并能提高其血清GSH的活性。在50%乙醇肝损伤模型中,分别以中浓度和高浓度的菌草灵芝孢子粉肝脏保护作用最好。说明菌草灵芝孢子粉可以抑制乙醇产生的自由基造成的脂质过氧化,抑制过多的自由基和脂质过氧化物对肝细胞的破坏作用,从而达到保护肝脏的作用。
To study the hepatoprotecfive active of grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder in mice with liver injure. 50 mice were randomized into 3 groups:three groups of grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder at doses of 0.075 g/kg·bw,0.150 g/kg·bw,0.450 g/kg·bw through gastric tube for 30 days, and then 50% enthanol to induce liver injury model,suggesting that grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder had good protective effect on the hepatocytes in mice with liver injury induced by 50% enthanol as indicated by decreased MDA and TG content and increased activities of plasma GSH. The results showed grass-cultivated Ganoderma lucidum spores powder was protective against 50% enthanol induced liver injury in mice and its effect may be due to its anfioxidative activities in vivo.
