摘要
以体外测定各化合物对抑制脂多糖(LPS)和γ干扰素(IFNγ)诱导的RAW264.7大鼠巨噬细胞NO的生成量为活性指标,从核桃中分离得到了5个化合物,分别为2乙氧基胡桃醌(1),3乙氧基胡桃醌(2),regiolone(3),(4S)4hydroxyαtetralone(4)和大黄素(5)。化合物1和2为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1具有较强的抑制大鼠巨噬细胞NO生成的作用。化合物1和2均为首次作为天然产物得到。
In vitro anti-allergic screening of medicinal herbal extracts indicated that the chloroform extract of the twigs of Juglans regia L. inhibit nitric oxide (NO) production in a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and recombinant mouse interferon-γ (IFN-γ) activated routine macrophage like cell line, RAW 264.7. Fracfionation of the active extract led to the isolation of 2- etlioxy juglon (1),3-ethoxy jug, Ion (2), regiolone (3), (4S)-4-hydroxy-α-tetralone (4) and emodin (5). Naphthoquinones 1 and 2 were firstly isolated as natural products.
