摘要
研究了对数控加工过程的虚拟仿真;阐述了系统的整体框架;着重讨论了本系统中机床、刀具和工件等模型的建立以及NC代码的读取与解析问题。系统仿真效果真实感强、实时性好。
In this paper, the virtual simulation system of the numerical control machining process is studied and the whole frame of the system is expatiated. In particular, the modeling of lathe, tools and blanks and the method of numerical control codes' read and parsing are discussed. The system can display high quality realis- tic picture as the same as real machining.
