摘要
万安水电厂1号机在2004年底大修之前的很长一段时间内下导摆度一直很大,经常超标。围绕着这一问题做了很多试验,并对试验的结果进行了大量分析,根据这些分析结果,指导该机组大修时对发电机做了相应的检查、调整和处理。大修后,再次对该机组进行了测试,下导摆度恢复正常,证明分析和处理得当。
the lower throw of No.1 hydraulic generator was much bigger and often overproof for a long time before major repair in the end of 2004 in Wan＇an hydraulic power plant.Pointing to this problem,a lot of tests and analysis were made. According to analysis result,the related examination,adjustment and treatment were made for generator when this unit was major repair.After major repair,the test was made again to this unit,the lower throw was recovered,This proved that analysis and treatment is correct.
