摘要 研究了BiFeO3对950℃烧结Pb0.94Sr0.06(Ni1/2W1/2)0.02(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.07(Zr0.51Ti0.49)0.91O3(0.02PNW-0.07PMnN-0.91PZT)陶瓷微观结构和压电性能的影响。结果表明:少量BiFeO3可加速致密化过程、促进晶粒长大,并导致准同型相界(MPB)向富Ti区移动和晶胞收缩;过量BiFeO3对晶粒长大起到抑制作用,并在晶界处引入较多气孔。微观结构的变化使性能曲线表现出转折点,最优的压电性能在10mol%BiFeO3处获得。 In this study the effects of BiFe3 on the microstructure and piezoelectric properties of Pb0.04Sr0.06(Ni1/2W1/2)0.02(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.07(Zr0.51Ti0.49)0.9103(0.02PNW-0.07PMnN-0.91PZT) ceramics sintered at 950℃ were investigated. The results indicate that the densification process and the grain growth could be improved, while the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) moving to the Ti-rich direction and the crystal cell shrinking are induced by appropriate BiFeO3. But extra BiFeO3 will inhabit the grain growth and more pores will be introduced to the grain boundaries. Due to the microstructural changes, the turning points in the property curves exhibit, the most optimum piezoelectric properties can be obtained with 10mol% BiFeO3.
