摘要 目的探讨C-erbB-2、Ki67及GST-π等在乳腺癌中的表达及相互关系,并分析它们对预后判断的意义。方法用免疫组化法研究102例乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中C-erbB-2、Ki67及GST-π的表达。结果102例乳腺癌肿瘤组织中上述3种基因表达阳性的结果分别为80.39%、76.47%和59.80%;并且相互之间均有协同作用;而且与ER、PR受体亦有一定的相关性。结论C-erbB-2、Ki67及GST-π可以作为反映乳腺癌预后状态的细胞生物学因子,联合检测若均表达提示乳腺癌恶性程度较高,预后较差。 Objective To observe the expression of C-erbB-2 ,Ki67 and GST-π in breast carcinomas and analyze their possible association with prognosis. Methods Examined the expression of C-erbB-2,Ki67 and GST-π in 102 cases of the breast carcinomas with the immunohistochemicaltechnique. Results Demonstrated that the cytosol staining was positive about the expression of C-erbB-2,Ki67 and GST-π in 102 cases of breast cancer.Among them,the results of positive were 80.39% ,76.47% and 59.80%. Conclusion C-erbB-2,Ki67 and GST-π can be used as a biological factor to reflect the prognosis of breast carcinoma.Their positive expression have higher malignant degree and worse prognosis .
