摘要
目的：评价特制腹腔镜多功能套管穿刺吸引器在治疗肝脏囊性疾病中的应用价值。方法：对70例肝脏囊性疾病患者腹腔镜术中常规应用特制腹腔镜多功能套管穿刺吸引器。结果：70例手术均获成功，无中转开腹，手术时间30-120min，平均45min，术中出血20～100ml，平均35ml，无术后并发症发生，随访1-12年，平均2年6个月，均无复发。结论：特制腹腔镜多功能套管穿刺吸引器具有三通末端封闭穿刺、搅拌、吸引、剥离等多种作用，在腹腔镜治疗肝脏囊性疾病中有良好的应用价值。
Objective：To evaluate the value in treatment of laparoscopic multi-purpose suction drainage trocar in treatment of hepatic cystiform diseases. Methods：The multi-purpose suction drainage trocar were used in 70 cases undergoing laparoscopic treatment. Results： All were successful without transferring to open operation. The operation time was 30-120min （mean 45min）, and the blolod loss was 20-100ml（ mean 35ml）. No surgical complication occurred. Followed up from 1 to 12 years（ mean 2.5 years） ,no hepatic cystiform diseases relapsed. Conclusions： Multi-purpose suction drainage trocar for hepatic cystiform diseases is crucial to good surgical outcomes.
