摘要
采用电化学掺杂法制得聚苯胺-石墨葡萄糖氧化酶电极,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及电化学方法对其聚合物膜层的微观结构和酶电极的电化学响应性能进行了详细的研究,确认其对葡萄糖有非常灵敏的生物响应特性.
Polyaniline-graphite glucose oxidase electrode was prepared by the electrochemical doping method. The mor- phology of polymer films and the electrochemical response performance were investigated by the scanning elec- tron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical method. It is confirmed that the electrode has sensitive biological response performance.
