以抗坏血酸-2-硫酸酯作为青鱼鱼种饲料中的维生素C源,设计一个六水平的单因子试验。经三个月的饲养,各组试验鱼于二周后表现出运动迟缓,脊柱弯曲,肌肉、皮肤、口、鳍等出血症状;定期测定各组鱼的大脑、皮肤、肌肉、肝脏、肾脏中维生素C的含量,并对各次测定时的数据进行统计分析,发现这些组织中维生素C的含量在各组间均无显著差异,表明抗坏血酸-2-硫酸酯在青鱼体内没有发挥维生素C的作用。青鱼在生长过程中必须依赖食物提供维生素C,但不能利用抗坏血酸-2-硫酸酯。
A single factor experiment of six levels, using ascorbate 2 sulfate to replace Vitamin C in diet for black carp fingerling, was designed to study the absorption and utilization of the acid by black carp. After three months rearing, it was found that all testing fish showed symptoms of Vc deficienecy after 2 weeks, i.e. lethargy, anorexia, scoliosis, lordosis and hemorrhages in muscle, skin, mouth, etc. The contents of Vc in brain, skin, muscle, liver and kidney were measured periodically and the data obtained were statistically analysed. Results showed that there was no significant difference between Vc contents in above mentioned organs of testing fish, demonstrating that ascorbate 2 sulfate didnt play any roles as Vc inside the body of black carp. Therefore, it is necessary for black carp to obtain Vc from its food instead of using ascorbate 2 sulfate for its growth.
