摘要
所研制的药芯焊丝采用自保护方式,焊接工艺性能良好。堆焊层表面裂纹细密,呈网状分布。堆焊金属合金系为Fe-Cr-C,微观组织主要是初生碳化物(Cr、Fe)7C3和共晶组织。初生碳化物呈六棱柱状、垂直于基材方向生长,其横截面的显微硬度达1 771 HV。共晶组织分布在初生碳化物周围,其硬度约为800 HV左右。堆焊层洛氏硬度为64.2 HRC。
The advanced flux cored Fe-Cr-C alloy wire for self - shielded arc welding has good technological properties. On the surface of hardfacing layer there are a lot of fine cracks forming reticulate structure. The microstructure of the hardfacing consists mainly of primary carbide(Cr. Fe)7C3 and eutectic structure.The primary carbide is of vertical hexagonal prism with a hardness in transverse section up to 1 771 HV. The carbides are encireled with eutectic having a hardness ahout 800 HV.The rockwell hardness of the hardfaing is about 64.2 HRC.
