摘要
阐述了DS1820的特点、工作原理及内部电路结构,设计了采用C8051F220单片机进行数据处理,应用DS1820温度传感器的多点温度测量电路。
In this paper, We explained the characteristic, operation principle and inside circuit structure of DS1820 , Designing the many point temperature survey circuit which adopt C8051F220 one-chip computer to carry on data processing and DS1820 temperature sensor.
