摘要
通过现场拍摄等研究方法对我国部分优秀男子三级跳远运动员三跳当中着地角、起跳角等相关的数据指标进行研究。结果表明,我国运动员三跳中的着地角和起跳角均小于世界优秀运动员,表现出摆动腿摆速偏慢和支撑腿的快速蹬伸能力较差。另外,在三跳过程中,两腿“剪绞”动作不够充分,第1跳的腾起角度也偏大,对后两跳的成绩造成了不利的影响。
Through using the method of videotape at site, this paper makes analysis on related data of lading and takeoff angle of triple jump of our elite male jumpers. The result shows that the lending and takeoff angle of our jumpers is smaller than that of world elite jumpers. The exchange speed of two legs is not enough and takeoff angel in the first jump is a litter large.
