摘要
通过教学实验、数理统计、对比分析等方法,在高中跨栏跑技术教学中,进行不同教学方法(分解、完整、分解诱导和完整诱导)的教学实验,并在教学前、后进行100m栏测验。测验结果表明,采用不同的教学方法其教学效果存在着差异性;教学效果依次为完整诱导教学法、分解诱导教学法、完整教学法、分解教学法,其中采用完整诱导教学法教学取得最佳效果。
Through teaching experiments, statistics and comparative analysis, different teaching methods and tests were carried out in 100m hurdles before and after the teaching. The result showed that different teaching methods had different results, The orders were: integral inducing teaching method, disintegrative inducing teaching method, integral teaching method and disintegrative teaching method.
