摘要
利用官能团偶合的方法合成了一种新型的共聚物CS-TDI-PEGOMe,应用FTIR,1HNMR和UV对中间产物和最终产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,单甲氧基聚乙二醇(PEGOMe)被成功地接枝到壳聚糖(CS)上,使不溶于水的壳聚糖改性为水溶性的PEG化的壳聚糖。还研究了该聚合物对辅酶A的控制释放,表明共聚物CS-TDI-PEGOMe在不同质量分数和不同pH值时对辅酶A具有良好的控制释放作用。
CS-TDI-PEGOMe was prepared by TDI, PEGOMe and CS by coupling of function group. The polymer was analyzed by FTIR, ^1HNMR and UV, and it was found that PEGOMe was grafted onto CS and PEGylated chitosan was soluble. The polymer was also subjected to coenzyme A adsorption study, and it indicated that CS-TDI-PEGOMe could well control the delivery of coenzyme A at different mass ratio and pH. The results suggested that the polymer could be used as a controlled released drug delivery carrier.
