摘要
研究了PVDF中空纤维膜为核心的CMF系统在海水淡化预处理应用中的工艺优化问题.经过长期的运行实验表明:最佳运行工艺条件是工作时间35min,气水双洗30s,反冲洗25s,排污15s.在气水双洗工艺中,当压缩空气储罐压力大于0.5MPa时清洗效果最好.使用CMF进水配制的清洗剂中,NaClO和HCl相结合的化学清洗效果最好.CMF系统的出水浊度始终稳定在0.06~0.07NTU之间,SDI值一直稳定在1~2之间,系统收率维持在96.3%.
The optimization of operation parameters of Continuous Membrane Filtration(CMF) for desalination were studied. Through a group of test, the optimum operation parameters of CMF were 35 minutes of running time, 30 seconds of cleaning time with airwater, 25 seconds of large flux backwash time and 15 seconds of drain. The cleaning with airwater was effective, when the pressure of compressed air tank was more than 0. 5 MPa. The clean agents prepared with NaClO, HCl was the best for CMF for seawater reverse osmosis pre- treatment. The water quality from CMF was consistent, regardless of upsets in the seawater quality. The turbidity of the water from CMF outlet was between 0.06--0.07 NTU. The SDI of them, oscillated between 1-- 2. The recovery of CMF was 96.3 %.
