摘要
设计和实现了软交换数字运营平台系统.在原有智能公话系统的基础上,增加了运营平台(数字接入)、业务管理中心及为用户提供信息服务的信息终端.基于软交换思想,将公话业务与数字网络成功嫁接,从单一的语音业务向数据通讯、信息服务等多业务方向发展.系统在业务提供方面充分考虑到业务可扩展性,增加了应用服务器,从而能够迅速地生成和提供新业务.该系统具有良好的市场应用前景.
The digital telephony platform of softswitch was designed and implemented. On the basis of the original call serve in digital platform, the operation platform （numeral to turn on）, operations management center and information terminals providing information services to user were added. Based on the idea of softswitch, services industry companies and digital network will be successfully grafting, and develop from the sole pronunciation service into the multi-services, such as the data communication, the information service and so on. The system uses the application server to provide the extensible services, which can creat and provide the new services rapidly. It will have the good market application prospect.
