摘要
针对烟气低温露点腐蚀的危害和露点腐蚀温度的测定条件,详细介绍了用S-660酸露点检测系统评价烟气低温露点腐蚀的基本原理及应用实例。该系统能准确地测出烟气露点腐蚀温度和烟气中SO2以及SO3的含量,可对烟气腐蚀程度进行估算并计算出金属表面避免酸腐蚀的最低操作温度,从而全面评价烟气低温露点腐蚀状况,为腐蚀防护提供可靠依据。
On the basis of flue gas low-temperature dew point corrosion hazard and dew point corrosion temperature testing conditions, the mechanisms and application cases of assessing the flue gas dew point corrosion using S-660 dew point testing system arc described in detail. The system can not only accurately testthe flue gas dew point corrosion temperature and SO2 and SO3 in the gas but also estimate the degree of possible corrosion and calculate the minimum metal skin temperature required to avoid the acid corrosion, which provides a valuable basis for corrosion protection.
