摘要
总结福州市废弃矿山生态环境的现状,阐述矿业开发对地质环境条件的改造及造成影响的因素,遵循“以人为本”和科学发展观,按照建设生态城市的要求,对加强废弃矿山生态环境保护和治理等方面提出对策和措施建议,以求实现经济、社会、资源和生态环境效益的有效统一,使人与自然和谐发展。
The paper summariaes the present situation of ecological environment at disused mines in Fuzhou city and demanstrates the reconstruction of geological and environmental conditions by mining as well as the influencing factors. Complying with people orientedness and scientific development, and in accordance with the requirement of building the ecological city, this paper puts forward countermeasures and treatments of protecting ecological environment at disused mines so as to realize the effective unification of economic effect, social benefit, resource effect and ecological environment effect. Mankind and nature may be in harmonious development.
