摘要
目前,国民经济动员预案尚处于建设时期,发展速度快,需不断完善。文章主要探讨了现行动员预案中的3个主要问题,分别是:预警分级、动员预案的管理和动员预案的框架格式。
With the development of National Economy Mobilization Program, there are some problems which remain to be resolved. This paper mainly focuses on three problems： crisis pre-warning classification, mobilization program management and framework of mobilization program.
