摘要
随着科学的研究方法的运用,临床医学研究水平有了很大的提高,科学地评估中药和针灸的临床疗效已成为一个倍受关注的问题。以往由于符合现代科学理念的研究方法没有被国内针灸临床研究者们所接受和自觉运用,致使我国针灸临床研究结果常常因研究方法问题而不被国际学术界认可。随机对照试验(RCT)是现今公认的临床治疗性试验的“金标准”方法,如何实施正确有效的对照对于针灸临床研究具有非常重要的意义。本文对国外针灸临床研究中常用的对照方法进行了论述,以期对广大针灸临床工作者能够有所启发和帮助。
With the application of scientific studying methods, the level of clinical study has been improved greatly, and people has been paid more attention to scientific evaluation of the clinical effect of Chinese medicine and acu-moxibustion. Formerly, because of lack in acceptance and application of modern scientific studying methods in Chinese clinical acu-moxibustion researchers, their achievements weren＇ t approved by the interna- tional academy for the faulty model of study. Randomized Control Trial （RCT） is the golden standard method widely accepted at present, so it is of great importance for clinical acu-moxibustion researchers to exert control methods correctly and effectively. The commonly used controlling methods of overseas clinical acu-moxibustion studies were discussed in this article in order to give some suggestion and benifits to the internal acu-moxibustion clinical researchers.
