摘要
通过对5个大型连锁超市顾客的拦截访问,运用灰色关联度分析法,考察了商店形象与其影响因素之间的相关性。最后得出结论为:商店服务是对商店形象影响最重要的因素。
The store image is one of the important factors influencing consumers to patronize. By market researching on five supermarkets and using the grey relation analysis, this paper has looked into the relation between the store image and its influence factors. The results show that the store service is the most important factors of influencing the store image.
