摘要
谷氨酰胺是一种条件性必需氨基酸,因其特有的生物学功能,近年逐渐受到动物营养学家的广泛关注。国内外许多研究者也开展了谷氨酰胺在畜禽上的研究工作,本文将重点阐述谷氨酰胺及其二肽的生物学功能及对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能、抗氧化机能等的影响。
Glutamine is a conditional essential amino acid. Recently, glutamine has been paid attention by animal nutritionist, because of its special biological functions. At present many researchers have studied glutamine in livestock. This article reviewed the biological functions of glutamine and its dipeptides and the effect of them on growth performance, immunity function and antioxidation of weanling piglet.
