摘要
目的探讨髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的治疗对策。方法对2000～2006年11例临床病例应用钢板钢缆系统行内固定植骨融合术，对结果进行评价。结果11例假体均稳定，骨折愈合，行走步态良好。结论钢板钢缆系统是治疗髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的有效方法。
Objective To explore the method for the treatment of periprosthetic femur fracture after hip replacement. Methods Clinical data of 11 patients who underwent reduction and internal fixation by the cable and plate system from 2000 to 2006 were analysed. Results Stable prosthesis, firm union of fractures and good gesture of walking were obtained in the 11 cases. Conclusion The cable and plate system is an effective method for treatment of periprosthetic femur fracture after hip replacement.
