摘要
目的:对广州钢铁企业集团公司的女职工进行乳腺常规超声检查,将其结果分析,以探讨其乳腺增生症的检出率与年龄、工种、环境因素的关系。方法:使用GE公司LOGIQ400MR3彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率5.0MHz～9.0MHz。共对本集团在职女工1206人的乳腺行常规超声检查。结果:35岁以下和35岁以上乳腺增生症的检出率分别是12.47%、67.88%,P<0.01,白班和夜班者乳腺增生症检出率分别是17.13%、59.37%,P<0.01。结论:年龄在35岁以上以及参加夜班的女工乳腺增生症的发病率明显增高。
Objective Regular check-up to the mammary glands of the women workers working in different types of production lines in Guangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company,Analyses and investigate the results. Study the relation of the rate of the examining results to the age, types of work in production and the environmental factors. Methods Regular check-up to 1 206 people＇s mammary gland sin different age groups by LOGIQ 400 MR3 ultrasonic. Results The rate of the examining results of mammary gland hyperplasia is 67.88%. Conclusion For the age group over 35 years old and the women workers in three shifts the rate of the examining results of mammary glands hyperplasia riles obviously.
