摘要
目的探讨老年人右半结肠癌误诊阑尾炎的原因及防止措施。方法回顾性分析本院10年来收治的22例老年人右半结肠癌误诊阑尾炎病例。结果误诊距确认结肠癌的时间:1个月内10例、6个月9例、12个月2例、1年以上1例。结论掌握本病特点,提高对老年人大肠癌易与阑尾炎并存的认识,可减少老年人右半结肠癌误诊和漏诊。
Objective-To discuss of the reason which the old right colon cancer ot the old pattents was misdiagnosed as appendicitis and how to avoid it. Methods-Clinicsl dats of 22 cases in past ten years of our hospital with the right colon cancer of the old,misdiagnoesed as appendisictis,were analyzed retrospectively. Results. The distance time between misdiagnosis and diagnosis, 10 cases in 1 month , 8 cass in 6 month,2 cases in 12 months. 2 cases be yond 12 months. Conclusions ：Grasp the Parbicular of te right colon cancer,improve to realize that the right colon cancer and appendicitis may be extist to gether and reduce the misdiagnosis or disdiagnosis of the right colon cancer of the old.
