摘要
目的:卫生监督执法是我国法制建设和公共卫生体系建设的重要组成部分,在国家经济建设和社会生活中起着日益突出的作用。文章分析了当前我国卫生监督执法工作中存在的主要问题和产生的原因,并对进一步加强基层卫生执法监督工作提出了相应的建议和对策。
Health supervision and executing the law is an important component of Chinese law construction and public health system construction, which plays an outstanding role more and more in economic construction and social life. This paper analyzed the main problems existing in health supervision and executing the law and their reasons and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for further strengthening health supervision and executing the law at primary level.
