摘要
目的:探讨防治异位妊娠的有效方法,减少其诱发因素发生,降低其发生率,提高其诊治率。方法:采用回顾分析方法对101例异位妊娠进行分析。结果:异位妊娠发生率为5.91%,诊断符合率达100%,手术治疗93例,治愈率达100%,药物保守疗法治疗8例,治愈6例,治愈率达75%。结论:及时正确诊断和积极治疗异位妊娠,可减少危及患者生命安全因素的发生;减少异位妊娠诱发因素,可降低其发生率。
Objective： To explore the treatment method for ectopic pregnancy, decrease the predisposing causes improve the diagnosis. Method： We analyzied the datas of 101 cases ectopic pregnancy. Result： The occurrence rate and diagnosing rate is 5.91% and 100% respectively. 93 cases with operation the cure rate is 100%. 8 cases were treated with drugs conservatively, the cure rate is 75% （6 cases）. Conclusion： To decrease the dangerous factors to life, Wed better disposing causes can decrease the occurrence rate. and treat it early. Fewer predisposing causes can decrease the occurrence rate.
