摘要
目的:观察急性心肌梗死时病人血清血小板生成素(TPO)、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CPK-MB)和外周血的变化,探讨其相互关系及可能的存在机制。方法:在急性心肌梗死24h内采集18例病人的血液样本,测定外周血成分变化、血清CK-MB和TPO含量改变。另选择18例健康人群作对照。结果:外周血中血液成分包括WBC、RBC、HBG、HCT和PLT在观察组与对照组比较无统计学意义(p>0.05);但血清样本中TPO水平变化,急性心肌梗死病人的TPO均比对照组升高(p<0.001)。结论:造血生长因子TPO在急性心肌梗死病人的血清存在显著的升高,提示心梗后的TPO水平改变有机体应激反应性升高的可能,TPO水平存在着多种因素的调控和影响。
Objective： To understand the level of thrombopoietin （TPO） in serum and the changing of peripheral blood constituents when acute myocardial infarction （AMI） occurred. Method： Venous blood samples of the subjects were drawn within 24h after admission. The serum TPO was measured by ELISA in 26 patients with AMI, and 18 healthy adult subjects served as controls. Result： The count of platelet in pe- ripheral blood and the serum CK - MB were also measured in the same time. The rising of TPO in serum were found after AMI （ p 〈 0.001 ）, Conclusion： The regulation of TPO would be cooperated by multiple factors, and participate in the protective and repair process of the injury or necrosis tissue after AMI.
