摘要
对在深圳兼职的大学生及深圳部分兼职大学生用人单位状况进行了问卷调查;对大学生兼职中存在的问题进行了分析;对深圳乃至经济发达地区高等院校在这方面的工作提出了具体的建议及构想。
An investigation on part-time jobs of college students and their employers was carried out. Problems involved during this process are analyzed and proposals are offered for college students to cope with these problems.
