摘要
目的:观察腕关节各结构在不同功能位的断面形态变化规律,为临床MR I诊断腕关节韧带损伤提供解剖学依据。方法:获取腕关节0.2 mm厚的薄层冠状断层标本,并将冠状断层标本与该区的MR I图像进行对照研究。结果:在腕关节的冠状断面,可清楚显示桡尺远侧关节、桡腕关节、腕中关节、腕骨间关节及各关节中韧带的形态特征,并提出腕骨间韧带、三角纤维软骨及桡尺远侧关节韧带在MR I冠状位的最佳显示平面。结论:腕关节的冠状断层解剖研究为腕部MR I影像学诊断提供了形态学依据,对影像学诊断及骨科治疗有重要的价值。
Objective:To sum up sectional morphology of the wrist in various functional positions and to provide sectional anatomical base for clinical MRI diagnosis of wrist joint disorders. Methods: A series of 0.2 mm-thiek eryoseetions of wrist joint specimens were compared with the corresponding MR imaging on the coronal planes. Results:The morphological character of the distal radioulnar joint, radioearpal joint, medioearpal joint,interearpal joints and the ligaments were clearly revealed on the cross-sections of wrist joint, and the optimal MRI coronal plane was proposed to display the interearpal interosseous ligaments,the triangular fibroeartilage and the distal radioulnar articular ligament. Conclusion :The anatomy on coronal section of wrist joint could provide the morphological base for clinical MRI diagnosis of the wrist disor- ders and it was valuable to medical imaging diagnosis and arthroseopy of the wrist.
