摘要
目的:比较瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中应用的安全性及有效性。方法:选择100例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ宫腔镜手术的病人,随机分为两组,分别静脉注射瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚。观察血液动力学变化、VAS评分等。结果:瑞芬太尼较丙泊酚的术中SBP、HR、RR有显著性差异(P<0.05)结论:瑞芬太尼及丙泊酚都可达到满意的麻醉效果,但瑞芬太尼更适合宫腔镜手术。
Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety of anesthtizing patients with rimifentanil and propofol during operation of hystevoscope. Methods： 100 ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients undergoing hystevoscope were divided into two groups,group R i. v. remifentanil, group P i. v. propofol. Results： The hemodynamies and VAS of group Rwere significantly different vs group P. （P 〈 0.05）Conclusion： Anesthtizing with remifentanil and propofol were safe and effective. But remifentanil group was better than propofol group on operation of hystevoscope.
