摘要
法人犯罪在当今世界已被越来越多的国家予以立法肯定。文章试对法人犯罪的若干问题进行比较分析,以增加了解予以借鉴。
Crimes committed by a corporation have been legislatively established by more and more nations across the world. This paper tries to make a rough comparative study on some issues about corporation crimes, hoping to enhance comprehension and use for reference.
