摘要
建筑工程项目成本的高低,直接影响到工程的质量。建筑工程项目的成本控制贯穿于建筑工程项目实施的全过程。通过对建筑工程项目实施过程中所发生的各种耗费的成本控制,尽可能地降低工程成本费用。因此,对工程技术人员和管理人员来说,如何抓住这个关键环节,合理有效地降低工程项目成本。文章就此问题提出了几点看法,对建筑工程项目成本控制具有一定的指导作用。
The amount of project cost of architectural engineering affects directly the project quality. The cost control runs through the whole process in the project implementation. The cost can be reduced as possible as we based on the cost control on various uses in the process. Therefore, it is necessary for the engineers and technicians and also the administrative personnel to hold this essential link in order to reduce the cost reasonably and effectively. This paper put forward the author＇s views on the problem which has certain guidance to the cost control.
