摘要
我国成人高等教育考评制度存在考评内容片面,方法简单;考评主体单一,缺乏学生、社会参与,考评主客体不平等;突出评价的鉴别功能,忽视发挥考评的引导、激励、反馈的育人功能等。应结合成人的学习特点,改革考试内容,丰富考试方式,实现考评管理的弹性和灵活性。
Examination and evaluation system in our continuing colleges has the shortcomings as follows： simplistic main body, focusing on distinguishing function of evaluation. So we should combine learning characteristics of adults, reform the contents and enrich the methods of examination to realize its flexibility.
