摘要
通过分析我国企业薪酬设计中存在的问题,剖析薪酬结构及其应具备的功能,就基本工资、奖金、福利的设计提出具体方法,并指出薪酬需依企业不同发展阶段进行相应调整。
Salary structure and its function in the companies in China have been analyzed through the analysis of the problems existing in salary structure of the companies and specific approach has been proposed in terms of the composing of basic salary, benefits and premium. The writer has also pointed out that the salary structure should be adjusted based on different development phases of the companies.
