摘要
目的:研究氟哌啶醇季铵盐衍生物(F2)抗实验性大鼠心律失常的作用。方法:采用氯化钡(BaCl2)诱导的心律失常大鼠模型,观察F2对实验性心律失常的预防作用。结果:静注F2(2 mg/kg)、利多卡因(2 mg/kg)及维拉帕米(2 mg/kg)均可减少大鼠心律失常发生率,降低死亡率并缩短心律失常的持续时间。结论:F2对BaCl2诱导的大鼠心律失常有较好的预防作用。
Objective: To study the effects of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of haloperidol(F2 )on experimental arrhythmia induced by barium chloride(BaCl2 ). Methods: The arrlaythmic models induced by BaCl2 in rats were used to observe the preventive effects of F2 on experimental arrhythmia. Results: F2 (2 mg/kg) could decrease the incidence rate and mortality rate of arrhythmia, and shorten the duration of arrhythmias induced by BaCl2. Conclusion: 172 has significant effects on BaCl2-induced arrhythmia in rats.
