摘要
提出了一种利用交流采样测量电力系统频率的新算法,该算法具有实现方便、计算量小、精度高、实时性强等优点,并能消除直流分量对测量精度的影响;同时给出了一种信号预处理算法,该算法能有效滤除信号中的2、3次谐波,提高频率测量算法的适用范围.通过数值仿真,验证了2种算法的有效性和可行性.
A new algorithm measuring power system frequency based on AC sampling is presented in this paper. This method is easy to be implemented with a small calculation, high precision and a good real-time performance. It is free from the influence of the DC component. A preprocessing algorithm is also presented in this paper, which can effectively suppress the second harmonic and the third harmonic. Simulating results show the effectiveness of the algorithms presented in this paper.
