大山选矿厂浮选工艺的改进 被引量:1

摘要 大山选矿厂投产以来,针对浮选工艺流程中的问题做了大量改进:给药系统经历了从投产初的给药泵到 1995年的电子给药机,再到1998年的PLC-Ⅲ-64/5程控加药机和新型电磁阀的改进历程;浮选工艺经历了投产时的混合-分离两段浮选工艺,到2001年后的优先-混合分步浮选工艺的改进历程。通过这些改进,加上对原有设备性能的提高和新设备、新药剂的使用,使浮选指标不断提高,铜精矿品位从1991年的22.99%提高到2004年的24.89%,铜回收率从1991年的78.34%提高到2004年的86.72%。 A lot of questions had appeared in Dashan ore dressing plant since it was put into production .By adopting a series of important measures, copper content of copper concentrate has increased from 22.99% of 1991 to 24.89% of 2004, whereas copper recovery has increased from 78.34% of 1991 to 86.72% of 2004. These measurees are listed as follows: (1)reagents feeding system had changed from feeding pump in early years of 1990's to electronic machines in 1995 ,finally to PLC-Ⅲ-64 programmed apparatus and new model electronic valve in 1998; (2)flotation circuits had reformed from bulk separation to preferentialbulk flotation after 2001; (3)improving on old equipments,such as flotation cells; (4)lots of new reagents including frother 204, frother 111, collector Y89 had been put into practice.
