摘要
目的通过对心律失常射频消融治疗患者的心理特点及术前焦虑的多因素分析,为进一步的综合性心理干预提供依据。方法通过自拟量表、状态特质焦虑量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表、艾森克人格问卷,对152例冠心病患者进行测评,并对相关因素进行分析。结果术前有焦虑情绪者占61.7%,其中特质性焦虑、既往手术或介入接触史、同病室手术反应者的影响、术后身体恢复情况估计、神经质病人、是否了解手术过程是患者焦虑的主要因素。而消极应对方式高于常模,表明射频消融治疗患者多伴有较重的抑郁情绪。社会支持量度明显高于一般手术者,可能与人们对射频消融治疗认识严重于一般手术的心理反应有关。结论术前及术后进行积极的综合性心理干预,对于缓解病人的焦虑及术后的恢复非常重要。
Objective To offer the bases for further comprehensive mental intervention through the multiplicity of psycho feature and preoperative anxiety for arhythmia disease patients before RF ablation Treatment. Methods 152 patients were measured and analyzed correlated factors by self-made scale, statetrait anxiety inventory, facility coping style questionnaire, social support rating scale, eysenck personality questionnaire. Results 94（61.7 %）patients had preoperative anxiety,trait anxiety,history of past operation or interventional therapy,wardmates＇ influence of responding to the operation, the estimation of recovery degree after operation, nervous patient, whether knowing the process of operation consist of the major anxious factors. Passive coping style top to norm,signing that most patients have grave depression mood,social support rate top to general operation maybe relate to people＇s psychic reaction of arhythmia was more serious than general operation. Conclusion Active comprehensive mental intervention before and after opera tion is very important for relieving patients＇ anxiety and recovering.
