摘要
目的探讨腹膜外一层缝合预防阑尾切除术后切口感染的可行性和有效性。方法不缝合腹膜,在腹膜外将皮肤、皮下组织、腹外斜肌腱膜、腹内斜肌、腹横肌一层缝合。结果62例无1例出现切口感染,也未出现切口裂开、肠粘连、切口疝等并发症。结论此方法操作简单、疗效确切,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and validity through suture to prevent infection of incision after appendectomy. Methods Full thickness suture out of the peritoneum which consist of skin,subcutaneous tissues,aponeurosis of obliquus externus abdominis,obliquus internus abdominis, transverses abdominis. Results All of 62 cases were not infection of incision,also has not appeared the split of incision,the intestinal adhesion,the incision＇s hernia and so on the illness complication. Conclusion It is an effective method to prevent infection and simple operate which should be worthy of clinic application.
