异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的三聚研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了季铵盐等催化剂对异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)三聚反应的催化效率,探讨了季铵盐用量、反应温度、反应时间等工艺参数的影响,结果表明,季铵盐具有较好的催化活性;当季铵盐催化剂质量分数为0.25%左右,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2.0~2.5h时,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三聚反应工艺条件最佳,得到的产品色浅,三聚体含量高,并用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对产物进行了表征。 Quaternary ammonium salt,triethylenediamine and Mannich base used as catalysts in trimerization of IPDI was studied. Reaction conditions such as temperature, concentration of the catalyst and reaction time were optimized. The results showed that quaternary ammonium salt had better catalytic activity. The best condition was that catayst mass fraction was 0.25% ,reaction temperature was 60℃ and reaction time was 2.0 -2.5 h. The colour of the product was light and the tripolymer content was high. It was characterized by IR and GPC.
