摘要
采用多异氰酸酯与亲水性聚醚多元醇反应,将含有亲水基团的物质引入到多异氰酸酯的分子结构中,制得可水分散性多异氰酸酯。研究了反应温度、多异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇的反应配比、聚醚相对分子质量等因素对产物性能的影响及可水分散异氰酸酯对水性复膜胶性能的影响。结果表明,通过选择合适的原料及配比可获得可水分散性多异氰酸酯。该产物能够在水中分散并且能够稳定至少6h,将其加入到水性复膜胶中能够显著提高水性复膜胶的粘接性能。
Through the reaction of polyisocyanate with polyether alcohol, hydrophilic groups were introduced in polyisocyanate chains and a water dispersible polyisocyanate was prepared. The influence of temperature, reaction proportion, polyether' s molecule on the dispersible of the product in water was studied, as well as the effect of water dispersible polyisocyanate on the performance of aqueous polyurethane adhesives for laminated film was investigated. The results show that, through choosing proper reaction proportion and polyether' s molecule, water dispersible polyisocyante can be dispersed, and exist in water above 6 hours stably. It can improve the performance of aqueous adhesives for laminated film when it was added in the adhesives.
