摘要
对目前有无前掠部分的空调轴流风扇和传统工业轴流风扇进行了性能实验测量,同时对内部流场进行了4个工况下的数值模拟。结果表明,工业风扇通过相似模化后在空调风扇的应用上,由于流动不适应空调结构的特殊要求等原因,达不到应有的效果;目前空调用轴流风扇叶片的前掠部分不仅起导流作用,同时在气流满足空调结构需要和压力分布方面也有重要影响。
Performance measurement is carried on the axial-flow fan with front-sweep or no for air condition, traditional industry axial- flow at present. At the same time, the interior flow field is simulated numerically on the working condition. The result indicated that the application of the industry fan after modularized similitude cannot acbieve the expected effect on the air condition, for the flow cannot adapt the special requirement of the air condition' s structure. Presently, the front-sweep part of the blade used in axial-flow fan of air condition not only guides direction of the flow, but also has important influence on the pressure distributing and meeting the requirement of the air conditioaing' s structure for air flow.
