摘要
本文在单个磨粒特征参数获取的基础上,详细介绍了铁谱谱片磨粒特征参数的提取方法,研究了磨损过程中摩擦系数与磨粒特征参数的相互关系,建立了磨粒特征参数的时序模型并对磨损过程进行了预测。
On the basis of extracting feature parameters of a single debris.the method of extracting feature parameters from the whole ferrogram is introduced in detail. The relation between the frictional coefficient and the feature parameter is studied. AR(p) model of the feature parameter is established and the prediction analysis is carried out.
