摘要
根据上箱盖铸铁件尺寸较大、中空、薄壁,易出现冷裂纹的特点,分析出其裂纹始点不在内壁,而在敞开口转角处;有针对性地设置圆弧壁补贴,加大敞开口内法兰边的圆角尺寸,完全消除了铸件裂纹。
According to the characteristics of the top cover casting that the casting is of large size, hollow construction, thin wall, so the cold crack is easy to occur, it was found that the origin of the rack was not in the inner surface but in the comer of the open hole.
