摘要
针对80 t电炉循环冷却水系统在运行中产生的结垢和腐蚀问题,首先进行在线化学清洗,使管壁恢复原始状态,然后加入药剂进行阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌、灭藻处理,彻底解决了系统的结垢现象。
Regarding to the scale formation and corrosion of the eireulation cooling water for 80t EAF during its operation, the online chemical cleaning shall be performed first in order to have the pipe wall to be recovered to the original status, and then the additional medicament shall be added for anti-seale, anti-corrosion, sterilization and anti-algae treatment, so that the scale formation phenomena in the cooling water system has been well solved.
