摘要
应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定了化妆品中痕量铅,采用高氯酸作为反应介质,并对最佳分析条件进行了探讨。结果表明,该法的检出限为0.5μg/L,线性范围为1.00~400μg/L,回收率为88.7%~96.5%。用标准物质进行对照,测定值均在规定的标准值范围内。该方法操作简便,精密度和准确度好,线性范围宽,检出限低,具有实际应用价值。
A method for determining the content of lead in cosmetics by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was studied. The optimal analytical conditions in perchloric acid medium were discussed. The detection limit is 0.5 μg/L, the linear range is 1.00~400 μg/L, and the recovery is about 88. 7%~ 96. 5%. The experiment results showed that this method had many advantages and was applicable for the detection of lead in sapmles.
