摘要
近年来随着中国经济的高速增长,企业结构不断优化重组,企业管理更趋科学、有效、规范。作为企业管理的中心——财务管理也涌现出大量诸如企业并购、集团化、国际化等新的财务管理问题,亟需我们加以关注解决。
With the quick development of Chinese economy, enterprises are constantly reorganized and their management is becoming more scientific,effective and standard. An enterprise＇ s management center, the financial management is undergoing some problems existing in the course of enterprises＇ merger and internationalization, which need urgent solutions.
